Edward M. Rizzo, Jr.

Ed Rizzo

Edward Rizzo joined TimeLink in April 1999 as the Vice President of Corporate Development and was formally appointed as CEO and President in November 2005. Mr. Rizzo has over 15 years of experience within the systems integration and strategic consulting industries. Prior to TimeLink, Mr. Rizzo worked as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (currently known as Accenture) and Computer Science Corporation in both the information systems integration and strategic development groups. He has worked with clients across a variety of industries including: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Media & Entertainment and Retail. Mr. Rizzo has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

   

Greg Lytle
Chief Financial Officer

Greg Lytle

Mr. Lytle joined TimeLink in April 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 18 years of accounting and financial management experience to the organization along with experience in global operational management. Prior to joining TimeLink, he worked at Citigroup, Associates First Capital and First State Bank of Texas. Lytle holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

   

Bruce Brooks
Vice President of Sales

Bruce Brooks

Mr. Brooks joined TimeLink in July 2005 as Director of Sales. He has over 22 years of experience in solution sales in software, systems integration and management consulting. He has worked for companies such as GE Information Services, Cap Gemini and Adjoined Consulting. He has worked with clients in several industries including: Life Science, Consumer Goods and Retail, Financial Services, Higher Education and Manufacturing. He has a BA and MA in History from the State University of New York.

   

Steven S. Grossman
Vice President

Mr. Grossman joined TimeLink in January of 1997. Currently, he manages TimeLink's Public Sector Practice, overseeing business development and project implementations. Mr. Grossman was responsible for the implementation of TimeLink's Workforce Management Solutions for customers including Bristol Myers Squibb, Deluxe Corporation, Caterpillar (Argentina), US Surgical, The State of Alaska and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Grossman holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from Brown University.

   

Sean Safieh
Vice President of Professional Services

Sean Safieh

Mr. Safieh joined TimeLink in May of 2004 as a Project Manager responsible for the TimeLink Enterprise Edition product. Since then, he has led numerous customer implementations of TimeLink's workforce management (WFM) solutions both domestically and globally. Sean has extensive experience executing Enterprise WFM solutions in multiple verticals including: Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Higher Education integrating with multiple ERP systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Lawson. Prior to TimeLink, Mr. Safieh worked for a leading technology consulting company as well as a major telecommunications provider where he was responsible for full life-cycle design and implementations of web applications. Mr. Safieh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Delaware.

   

Andrea Kayal
Director of Marketing

Andrea Kayal

Ms. Kayal joined TimeLink in 2011 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining TimeLink, Andrea worked at Octagon Marketing where she managed global marketing portfolios for clients such as BMW of North America and MasterCard. Ms. Kayal’s area of expertise is in customer relationship management, brand strategy and corporate identity unification. She will be responsible for the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and corporate communications for TimeLink. Ms. Kayal holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and an MBA from American University.

   

Loralee Bodo
Director of Product Strategy

Loralee Bodo

Mrs. Bodo joined TimeLink in July of 2007 as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant responsible for the TimeLink Enterprise Edition product. Throughout her tenure with TimeLink, she has become an expert in the TimeLink offerings and has greatly contributed to the product direction and feature set. Loralee is now responsible for setting the strategic direction for TimeLink's Enterprise product suite and a contributor to the company's overall product strategy. Prior to joining TimeLink, Loralee has close to a decade of experience working in the human resources, payroll, and technology industries; both as a consumer as well as a vendor at Amphenol Corporation and Ceridian. Loralee holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Finance from The University at Albany.
